• 1. How can I place a preorder?

    Click here to place your orders for our pre-order bundles. Choose your preferred delivery or pickup date and time during checkout. Do note that all time slots work on a first-come, first serve basis.

    2. What are the time slots available?

    Slots are available everyday (except Wednesdays), 1230PM / 1 PM / 130PM / 2PM / 230PM / 3PM. Do note that all time slots are first-come-first-serve basis.

    3. Can I customize the items in the bundle(s)?

    Our Bundle Up for Good Vibes pre-order bundles are pre-set and cannot be customized.

    4. When and how can I collect my bundle(s)?

    For pickup orders, the items can be collected at Dickson Nasi Lemak, 320 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427571 on your selected date and time.

    5. Can I make adjustments to my order after placing a preorder?

    Unfortunately, changes to orders are not allowed once they are confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing payment at checkout.

    6. Can I adjust the pickup or delivery time?

    Unfortunately, pickup and delivery times are fixed and cannot be adjusted.

    7. What is the cancellation and exchange policy?

    All pre-orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    8. Are the bundles available for dietary restrictions or special requests?

    We currently do not offer customization for dietary restrictions or special requests. Please review the ingredients and items included before placing your order.

    9. How long can I store the bundle items?

    For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming the bundle items on the day of pickup or delivery. The items are best consumed within 3 hours. Please refrigerate items promptly if not consumed immediately.

    10. Are there any allergens in the bundle items?

    11. Do I need to prepare my own plates for the bundle items?

    While cutleries will be provided, we do not supply plates as part of the packaging. We recommend preparing your own plates for serving purposes.

    • All pre-orders must be placed online. By placing an order with us, you are expressly agreeing to the terms laid out herewith.

    • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information of any kind.

    • Orders must be collected and delivered during your preferred date and time slot only.

    • Orders for pickup must be collected at 320 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427571 during your selected date and time slot only.

    • We are not responsible for your order if you do not collect it during your selected collection date and time. Should you need to change the collection date and time, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to your collection date at dicksonnasilemak@gmail.com , or send us a DM on Instagram @dicksonnasilemak. We will try our best to change to a date that works better for you if available.
