Ordering Process
• All pre-orders must be placed online. By placing an order with us, you are expressly agreeing to the terms laid out herewith.
• We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information of any kind.
• Orders for self pickup must be collected at during your selected outlet, date and time slot only.
• We are not responsible for your order if you do not collect it during your selected collection date and time. Should you need to change the collection date and time, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to your collection date at preorders@dicksonnasilemak.com , or send us a DM on Instagram @dicksonnasilemak. We will try our best to change to a date that works better for you if available.
Price & Payment
• All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.
• We do not accept cash on collection — All payments must be made through online checkout.
• We accept MasterCard, VISA, Apple Pay and Google Pay for payment methods.
